Emberly “1-year Paid HOA Dues” Promotion Rules

The Emberly “1-Year Paid HOA Dues” promotion is only available for certain homes listed for sale within the community of Emberly and the sales contract for the home must be written, signed and accepted by 12/31/2024. The home must be sold in Emberly and must close by 2/28/25 to be eligible for the “1-Year Paid HOA Dues” promotion. The home must be a new construction home that has not been previously owned by another owner. It must be built and sold in Emberly by Lennar Homes, LGI Homes, DSLD Homes, Davidson Homes or Tri Coast Homes to be eligible for the “1-Year Paid HOA Dues” promotion.

 

HOA (Homeowners Association) dues are defined as a yearly due paid by homeowners living within the community of Emberly to help maintain all properties, amenities and common areas within the association. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible. The HOA Dues will be paid by Astro Rosenberg LP to the Emberly HOA management company on behalf of buyer listed on this document. Notice of sales contract and closing date must be provided to Astro Emberly LLC prior to closing on home to be eligible. The “1-Year Paid HOA Dues” will cover the costs of HOA dues from January 1, 2025 to December 31st, 2025. The “1-year Paid HOA Dues” promotion is void if new home purchase agreement is cancelled for any reason prior to closing.

 

The “1-Year Paid HOA Dues” are nontransferable and cannot be reused or sold to a third party. The “1-Year Paid HOA Dues” cannot be transferred and only applies to the buyer(s) listed on this document. The “1-Year Paid HOA Dues” does not cover any other costs associated with the purchase of a new home in Emberly or any closing costs that must be paid at time of closing.
